Things people ask before signing.

How does payment work?

Half on signing, half on delivery. Domestic checks, ACH, or wire — whichever is easiest for your bookkeeper. No financing, no monthly payment plans for project work.

What if my site needs more pages than the tier allows?

Pages above the tier limit are $400 each, scoped during the brief so you know the total before we start. If you need more than a handful, that usually points to Premium.

Do you do hosting?

No, but we set up Vercel or Netlify on your account during launch. You pay the host directly — typically free for small sites — and you keep the keys. We never become a single point of failure.

What if I want a feature that isn't on the tier list?

Tell us. If it's a small spike (a few hours), we'll quote it as an add-on. If it's a meaningful piece of work — a booking system, a custom calculator, an internal tool — that's a Premium project.

Will you keep working with us after launch?

The 30-day fix window is included with Standard and Premium (14 days with Starter). After that, we work hourly at $185/hr or you can subscribe to a Care plan. Either way, the door stays open.

Who owns the work when it ships?

You do. Code, design files, copy, hosting account, domain — all in your accounts, all transferred at handoff. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary builder, no licensing fees.

What if you can't take my project?

We'll say so on the discovery call, and we'll point you to a studio or independent we trust. The goal is your project getting built well — not us being the ones to build it.
