Sensibly Works is a one-person product design studio in Huntersville, NC. I work with small businesses on the websites and tools they actually need — custom, accessible, owned end-to-end.

The short version

I've spent twelve-plus years designing software people depend on — for clients in regulated industries where accessibility, clarity, and trust aren't optional. Most of that work is the quiet kind that nobody outside the building ever sees.

I started Sensibly Works because the kinds of small businesses I grew up around — farms, contractors, shops, restaurants — kept getting stuck with template sites that looked nothing like the work they actually do. They deserved better. Most studios that could deliver better priced themselves out of reach.

Honest scope, honest price.

Prices live on the website. Scope is set during the brief, not invented mid-project. If something genuinely changes, we talk about it before any work happens.

03 / Stewardship

Built once, owned forever.

Code in your repo. Hosting on your account. Domain on your registrar. When the project ships, I hand over the keys. You're never locked in.

Wireframes first, then high-fidelity. You see progress every other day, not every other month.
